Ron Phillips Retires as Folsom Fire Chief

Folsom Fire Chief Ron Phillips announced his plans to retire on December 30, after 35 years of California fire service and 14 years with the City of Folsom. During his tenure, Phillips worked to maintain and improve emergency services in the community during difficult economic times. He has also been instrumental in regional emergency management and fire and rescue services.
