She has authored numerous technical papers on corrosion and corrosion control for pipelines, reinforced concrete bridges, and water and wastewater plant facilities.
Raised in the Boston area, Kerri moved to the Sacramento in 1980, after graduating from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. Kerri’s reasons for running for the City Council include maintaining our quality of life and Folsom’s small town charm, balancing growth between business and residential development, and ensuring that the residents of Folsom are well represented in local government.
