Members of the public are entitled to address the City Council concerning any item within the Folsom City Council's subject matter jurisdiction. Public comments are limited to no more than three minutes. The Folsom City Council will be in Recess during the second December meeting.
The Folsom City Council's next regularly scheduled meeting will be January 13, 2009.
