a.                   Resolution No. 341-R - A Resolution Authorizing the Executive Director to Execute an Agreement with DML Construction, Inc. for the Façade Improvements for Sutter Street Revitalization Project 700 Block - South Phase II Project No. RD0904

a.                   Update and Presentation by Staff Relating to the Sale of Redevelopment bonds Authorized by Resolution No. 8804, Resolution No. 11-061-PFA and Resolution No. 335-R Approved by the Agencies on February 22, 2011

b.                  Public Improvements Reimbursement and Cooperation Agreement Between the City and Agency

i.                    Resolution No. 8818 - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Folsom Authorizing the Expenditure of Funds by and Execution of a Public Improvements Reimbursement and Cooperation Agreement with the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Folsom for Construction of Certain Projects and Housing Programs

ii.                  Resolution No. 340-R - A Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Folsom Authorizing the Executive Director to Enter Into a Public Improvements Reimbursement and Cooperation Agreement with the City of Folsom for Construction of Certain Projects and Housing Programs

c.                   Conveyance of Certain Real Property from the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Folsom to the City of Folsom for Public Purposes

i.                    Resolution No. 8817 - A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Folsom Authorizing and Accepting the Conveyance of Certain Real Property from the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Folsom to the City of Folsom for Public Purposes

ii.                  Resolution No. 339-R - A Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Folsom Authorizing the Conveyance of Certain Real Property to the City of Folsom for Public Purposes
