b. Presentation by Employer Support of the Guard and Reserves, a Volunteer Organization Attached to the U.S. Department of Defense, Honoring the Folsom City Council with a Seven Seals Award for Recognition and Support of Military Personnel, and the Chief of Police with a Patriot Award

Members of the public are entitled to address the City Council concerning any item within the Folsom City Council's subject matter jurisdiction. Public comments are limited to no more than three minutes. Except for certain specific exceptions, the City Council is prohibited from discussing or taking action on any item not appearing on the posted agenda.

d. Ordinance No. 1164 - An Ordinance of the City of Folsom Amending Chapter 3.25 (Emergency Transportation Service Charges) of Title 3 (Revenue and Finance) of the Folsom Municipal Code to Include a First Responder Paramedic Service Fee (Second Reading and Adoption)
e. Resolution No. 9003 - A Resolution of the City Council Approving a Settlement with the County of Sacramento Pertaining to a Property Tax Administration Fee Claim Covering Fiscal Year 2007/2008 through 2011/2012

Resolution No. 9004 - A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Amend Existing Contracts for Building Plan Check and Inspection Services with Bureau Veritas, Inc., 4Leaf, Inc., Willdan Engineering, and Interwest Consulting Group to Extend the Effective Date of Each Contract Until June 30, 2013, and to Establish a Fiscal Year 2012/13 Budget of $100,000 (Total Aggregate) for these Services

The City does not control scheduling of this telecast and persons interested in watching the televised meeting should confirm this schedule with Metro Cable TV, Channel 14. The City of Folsom provides live and archived webcasts of regular City Council meetings. The webcasts can be found on the online services page of the City's website www.folsom.ca.us.
