Members of the public are entitled to address the City Council concerning any item within the Folsom City Council's subject matter jurisdiction.  Public comments are limited to no more than three minutes.  Except for certain specific exceptions, the City Council is prohibited from discussing or taking action on any item not appearing on the posted agenda.

b.                  Santa Juanita Subdivision: General Plan Amendment, Rezone, Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map, Planned Development Permit, and Consider Adoption of a Mitigated Negative Declaration Regarding the Project - 7800 Santa Juanita Avenue (PN 13-027)

i.                    Resolution No. 9203 - A Resolution to Adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration, to Amend the General Plan Land Use Designation for the  2.64-acre Project Site (APN: 227-0090-005) from  SF (Single-Family) to SFHD (Single-Family High Density), to Approve a Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map Creating 17 Single-Family Residential Lots, and to  Approve a Planned Development Permit for the Development of 17 Single-Family Residential Units for the Santa Juanita Subdivision Project

d.                  Resolution No. 9215 - A Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute an Agreement with the City of Sacramento (on Behalf of the City-County Office of Metropolitan Water Planning and the Water Forum Successor Effort) and the Sacramento County Water Agency, City of Roseville, Placer County Water Agency and San Juan Water District for the Cost Sharing for Water Forum Successor Effort Program for Fiscal Year 2013/14

The meeting of the Folsom City Council is being telecast on Metro Cable TV, Channel 14, the Government Affairs Channel, and will be shown in its entirety on the Friday and Saturday following the meeting, both at 9 a.m.  The City does not control scheduling of this telecast and persons interested in watching the televised meeting should confirm this schedule with Metro Cable TV, Channel 14. The City of Folsom provides live and archived webcasts of regular City Council meetings.  The webcasts can be found on the online services page of the City's website www.folsom.ca.us.
