City  and  FCUSD  will   develop  a master        City  and  FCUSD  will  have  equal  access to Joint-
          calendar  for  scheduling library resources       Use  Library  facilities.   City  and FCUSD shall
          and     programming                               work  cooperatively  to   develop  a scheduling
                                                            calendar for all Library facilities. 

                                                            The  computer  lab  is  an  instructional classroom of 
                                                            the  FCUSD.    Classes   scheduled  into  the lab when 
                                                            school  is  in  session will be granted priority. The 
                                                            library's  public  patrons shall have access to the 
                                                           computer   resources   during   time   when classroom 
                                                           use  is not scheduled. 

          Computers   systems   and  networks              FCUSD   shall   install   and  maintain the computer
                                                           network  cabling  and  equipment,  and  all Internet 
                                                           and  public  access  computers  will  be  connected to a 
                                                           network   designed   by   FCUSD   for public access 
                                                           use.    FCUSD   will   provide primary technical 
                                                           support  for  all  student  and public use computers 
                                                           during   School-Use   and   Joint-Use   Hours.  Work 
                                                           will   be   scheduled   within  FCUSD's priority system 
                                                           for  technology  support.   City staff may assist 
                                                           FCUSD   staff   as   requested   by FCUSD. 

                                                           FCUSD   shall   purchase   all   computer and peripheral 
                                                           equipment  for  student  and  public  use according to 
                                                          FCUSD     standards. 

                                                          The  City  will  provide  Library  staff with computers 
                                                          and  the  appropriate  peripheral  devices  necessary to 
                                                          access  the  automated  circulation  system,  and City 
                                                          staff  will  provide  primary technical support for all 
                                                          staff  computers  connected  to  the  City  network and 
                                                          automated   circulation  system. 

                                                          FCUSD   will   provide   primary  technical support for 
                                                          all  student  and  public  use computers during 
                                                          School-Use   and  Joint-Use   Hours.   Work will be 
                                                          scheduled   within   FCUSD's   priority system for 
                                                          technology   support.    City   staff may assist FCUSD 
                                                          staff  as  requested  b   FCUSD. 
        Telephone   system                                FCUSD  shall  install  and  maintain  all necessary
                                                          voice  cabling,  telephone  lines,  equipment, and 
                                                          handsets  as  required for the operation of the 
                                                          Library,   and   FCUSD   will  provide primary 
                                                          technical  support  for  all  voice telecommunications 
                                                          lines,  equipment,  and  handsets.   FCUSD  will bill 
                                                         City  and  FCUSD  separately  for  long distance calls.
