                                                   public  library,  beginning  at  the  end of School-Use 
                                                   Hours  and  ending  %2  hour after the end of the 
                                                   school   day 

                                                   Public-Use  Hours  shall  be  defined  as  those hours 
                                                   when  the  Library  operates  as a public library, 
                                                   beginning  at  the  end  of  Joint-Use  Hours and 
                                                   ending  at  the  time the Library closes for business. 
City  and  FCUSD  shall  share  all operating      City  and  FCUSD  agree  to  split operating, repair,
