RESOLUTION      NO.      7659 

                  A       RESOLUTION       AUTHORIZING       THE        CITY    MANAGER 
                            TO       EXECUTE       AN      AGREEMENT     WITH 
                     CH2M        HILL       FOR       RIGHT-OF-WAY      ENGINEERING 
                FOR      THE      NEW      BRIDGE      BELOW      FOLSOM      DAM PROJECT 


        WHEREAS,  the  City  of  Folsom  desires  to  obtain  right-of-way  engineering  services for the 
New    Bridge   below   Folsom   Dam Project; and, 

        WHEREAS,   CH2M  HILL,  by  reason  of  their  qualifications,  past  experience, and facilities 
for  performing  the  type  of  services contemplated is qualified to perform the required services; and, 

        WHEREAS,  funding  for  this  project  is  available  in  the  Transportation Fund 446); and, 

        WHEREAS,  the  agreement  will  be  in  a  form  acceptable  to  the City Attorney's office: 

        NOW,   THEREFORE,   BE   IT   RESOLVED   that   the   City   Council   of   the   City  of Folsom 
authorizes  the  City  Manager  to  execute  an  agreement,  not  to exceed $112,465, with CH2M HILL for 
right-of-way  engineering   services   for  the   New   Bridge below Folsom Dam Project.
