What are the setback requirements for building a swimming pool?

Answer
A swimming pool must be setback a minimum of 4 feet from rear or side property line and 4 feet from any easement. In addition, the edge of the swimming pool must be at least 5 feet from any permanent structure and a minimum of 10 feet from a sliding glass door. To learn more, click on the following link:

Answer
An accessory building must be setback a minimum of 5 feet from the rear or side property line and 8 feet from the primary structure. In addition, the maximum height of an accessory structure is 15 feet.
