A wide range of volunteer opportunities allow you to give back to your community directly—shelving, tutoring, and 3D printing assistance are just some of the ways you can donate your time and expertise at your library.
The Folsom Public Library greatly appreciates your donations of money or materials to support library services.
Monetary donations may be made directly to the Library or through the Friends of the Folsom Public Library. Contact Lori Easterwood, Interim Library Manager (firstname.lastname@example.org) to donate to the Library directly. Funds will be used to supplement areas of greatest need.
Donations of new or gently used books and DVDs in excellent condition are always welcome. Materials will be reviewed for use in the collection; those items that cannot be added to the collection will be sold by the Friends of the Folsom Public Library to support library services.
Membership with the Friends of the Folsom Public Library is a wonderful way to demonstrate your dedication to your Library. Funds raised by the Friends support a wide range of Library services—from programming to the purchase of new materials for the collection.
The Friends of the Folsom Public Library run large semi-annual book sales and operate the Book Store at the Library. The Book Store sells hundreds of books in every genre as well as videos, DVDs CDs, and handmade greeting cards.
