Heat Relief -- Folsom Extends Hours at 3 City Facilities

Those without air conditioning may find temporary heat relief at three City of Folsom facilities through Friday, July 5.  The City is extending hours at these locations to help people temporarily cool body temperatures during extreme heat conditions.  Please note that these facilities cannot accommodate pets.  

Senior & Arts Center

Special Hours:  9 a.m. - 8 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday; noon to 8 p.m. on the July 4th holiday.  The Senior & Arts Center is located at 48 Natoma St. between City Hall and the Police Department.  

Folsom Public Library

Closed Monday & on the July 4th HolidaySpecial Hours: 10 a.m. – 8 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday.  The library is located at 411 Stafford St. (in City Lions Park adjacent to Folsom Community Center).     

Folsom Aquatic Center

Special Hours:  1 - 8 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Note: Regular admission fees apply.
