The Folsom Municipal Code and the City Charter are now available online in a searchable format. The Folsom Municipal Code is a compilation of the ordinances of the City of Folsom. The code is updated quarterly, through the codification of newly-adopted ordinances. The City Charter may be amended by a majority of the voters of the city at an election.
