Brenn Carrigan has served as Executive Assistant to the City Manager since 2002.  She also provides administrative support to the City Council and professional staff in the City Manager’s Office. 

She has an Executive Assistant Degree from Sawyer College in Sacramento, and is a member of the American Society of Administrative Professionals. 

Before joining the City of Folsom, Brenn was the Executive Assistant/Human Resources Liaison at CoBank in Sacramento.
