The L&L Monthly is produced by the City of Folsom's Lighting & Landscaping Division to inform and educate Folsom residents. Each issue will include updates on current projects in the L&L Districts, the monthly "Top 10 Items of Interest" list, and informative articles on topics such as water conservation, soil sampling, fertilizers and mistletoe. City of Folsom L&L District Engineer's Report
The City of Folsom Landscaping & Lighting District Engineer's Report is submitted to the Folsom City Council each fiscal year and encompasses expenditures for all services and projects within the City's 25 Landscaping & Lighting Districts. Purpose:
The purpose of the Landscaping and Lighting District Advisory Committee is to help establish lines of communication between city staff and elected/appointed city bodies. The citizens committee may also make recommendations to the Landscaping and Lighting District Manager, Public Works Director and the Community Development Director concerning the maintenance and associated costs to maintain landscaping and lighting districts. Folsom Municipal Code Chapter 16.56
