Construction Inspection’s duties include but are not limited to: inspection of mass grading operations; underground water, sewer, and storm drain installation; curb, gutter and sidewalk installation; streetlight, signal light, signage and striping installation; and the testing of the above-mentioned utilities. Construction Inspection oversees storm water pollution issues and monitors encroachment and grading permits.
