The Folsom Fire Department offers awide range of emergency services for the City of Folsom. A staff of 65 provides fire suppression, rescue, prevention, public education,hazardous materials response and emergency medical services to thecommunity. The Fire Department is responsible for providing service toa population of approximately 65,000 in an area covering 24 square miles in eastern Sacramento County.
