Folsom Gourd Artists Carol Des Voigne, President, and Sylvia Nelson, former President of the California Gourd Society, will demonstrate how gourds are prepared for artistic creation, discuss history and culture, and share examples of decorative gourds collected both locally and from around the world. Library Meeting Room.

Join other readers at the Folsom Public Library for lively, monthly book discussions. Meetings held on the first Tuesday of the month at 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. or join the afternoon discussion on the third Thursday of the month at 1 - 2 p.m.
