First Fridays

Entertaining, educational, and informative programs for adults. Plan on joining us the 1st Friday of each month. Programs are free and held in the Library Meeting Room 10 - 11 a.m. Doors open at 9:45 a.m. for seating. Refreshments served.  No programs in the month of January and July.

August 1 - History of a Place Called Rescue

Join retired Fire Chief and author William C. Teie for a fascinating presentation and photo journey through the History of a Place Called Rescue.  Chief Teie’s book of the same title will be available for sale and signing after the program.

September 5 - 12 Steps to Living with Low Vision

Author and Equal Access advocate Elena Thomason presents her new book, 12 Steps to Living with Low Vision. 

October 3 - Bach to Rock!

Drum Circle and Jam Session conducted by Bach to Rock Music School.
