About Healthy Folsom
The Healthy Folsom: Mind, Body & Earth project addresses the need for healthy and sustainable living information and resources. The Folsom Public Library is providing the Folsom community with the opportunity, information and tools to change their lives by adopting a mindset and lifestyle that embraces a healthy mind, body and earth.

In addition to providing new materials and programs pertaining to health and sustainbility, the library will host a Healthy Folsom Challenge to encourage and reward participants of all ages for making healthy choices, such as eating healthy, exercising, and recycling.
The Healthy Folsom Challenge takes place January 25 - February 28, 2014.
Start the New Year right, by taking the Healthy Folsom Challenge @ your library!
