All events which involve food at the Community Center are assessed a catering fee. The catering fee is based on the room size you select for your event. If you select one of the recommended caterers, the caterer will pay this fee for you. Each of the recommended caterers was selected based on their outstanding qualifications and experience in the catering field. We are confident that our recommended caterers will provide excellent service and help make your event a success.

If you decide to choose a caterer that is not on our recommended list, or do your own catering, the fees are as follows:

Community Center
East or West Ballroom - $450.00
Entire Ballroom - $750.00

Rotary Clubhouse
$150.00

In addition to the catering fee, a refundable kitchen cleaning deposit of $300 (Community Center) or $150 (Rotary Clubhouse) is required when not using a recommended caterer.

We would like to encourage you to contact each of the recommended caterers and get an idea of their menu choices and services that are available. Please let them know that you are using the Folsom Community Center for your event.
