Fall Flag Football

FALL 2013 NFL Flag Football League

Folsom Parks & Recreation will present our 13th season of NFL Flag Football from 9/30-11/22/13. NFL Flag is the premier youth football league for boys and girls providing young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork. The NFL Flag Football program is designed to educate young people about football while emphasizing participation and sportsmanship. Players learn skills and lessons that help them succeed both on and off the field.

All games are played on Friday nights at the Folsom Sports Complex and John Kemp Community Park. Game start times may vary between 5:30 and 8 PM. All participants receive a genuine NFL reversible jersey and flag belt set included in registration fee. Homeschoolers are welcome. Mandatory mouthpiece is required for play.

 

Volunteer coaches are required. Please indicate your interest at the time of registration.

Teams may not be formed if no coach is available.

Note: requests to be aligned with specific coaches and/or players are not guaranteed.

FOR BEST CHANCE TO PLAY- REGISTER EARLY!

Registration opens on May 1st to Folsom residents only, through Aug. 9th; registration opens to all on Aug 10th; registration closes Aug. 16th or when full. Registration fee prior to Aug. 16th is $119 / $109 resident discount: After Aug 16th, Fee: $134 / $124 resident discount.

6th Graders must register according to the school you attend.

For ONLINE registration, log on to www.folsom.ca.us, click on "Parks & Rec" and go to On-Line Registration. Or stop by and register in person at the Arts and Senior Center at 48 Natoma St., or at the Sports Complex at 66 Clarksville Rd. or for phone 984-2850.
