Pick your team! Players must be between 13-18 years (6th-12th grade), register as a team or let us know you are interested and we can help you form a team

June 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11 - Sand Practices 9 am-12 at Livermore Park. All players on the roster can/should attend the practices. Prior to each game, teams will have 30 minutes to practice.
Practices will be filled with drills to improve your skills in the sand and on the indoor court. We will also have a conditioning element to maintain and strengthen your fitness level. Come join us for some fun in the sun!
Bring plenty of water, sunscreen, socks and an outdoor ball if you have one.
Games played to 21, rally scoring, switch sides at 7
1 game/week on Thursday Nights - June 18, 25, July 9, 16, 23, 30
Games starting at 5:30, 7:00 and 8:30
Each team will have a 30 minute practice/warm-up prior to the game
Coaches will be on site to help all teams.
Brooke Rowe - Former Jr National Beach player and will coach the sand teams. Brooke grew up on the sand starting at the early age of 12 playing sand volleyball at the Junior Sand Nationals and Junior Olympics earning 2 Bronze, 2 Silver, and 1 Gold Medal as a beach player. She is a phenomenal beach player with and has a lot to teach our athletes.
Aaron Dekalb - Has played numerous sand tournaments, and continued playing at Grand View University, where he pursued a degree in Sports Management and dedicated much of his time to coaching. He has coached Boys Varsity at Folsom High School, worked with several clubs coaching boys and girls, and this fall will be an Assistant Coach at Cornell University.
Cinnamon DaSilva - Aspire Club Director will be working with Aaron and Brooke to provide a fun Summer Sand Camp. Cinnamon has directed Aspire/Folsom Volleyball for 6 years, coaches Folsom High School Varsity Volleyball for 13 years and coached 1000's of youth since 1995.
