The Folsom Police Department offers H.E.L.P. (Help Every Lost Person) for those who may wander away and become lost or confused due to Alzheimer’s, dementia, autism, or other mental or developmental disabilities.
This program will assist police officers in locating your loved ones in the event they go missing. This will also greatly aid police officers should they come across a missing person who is unable to provide personal information. Please complete the form and turn it into the front counter of the Folsom Police Department at 46 Natoma Street during hours of operations (those hours can be found at http://www.folsom.ca.us/depts/police/inside_folsom_pd/support_services/records.asp) or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org A current photograph needs to be provided along with the form. Once you have registered a loved one in this program, someone will contact you every six months to ensure that the information is still current and accurate.
Although all reasonable efforts will be made to locate and provide assistance to special needs citizens, participation in the program is voluntary and cannot provide complete assurance for every situation.
