Visioning Process 2004-05
The City sponsored a series of public workshops to encourage the public to help design the future of the area south fo Highway 50. Following the Visioning workshops and a series of interviews with key stakeholders, consultants and City staff presented a draft concept plan and five possible land-use alternatives to the City Council.
