An informational public meeting will be held on April 9 about a significant project to rehabilitate Folsom’s historic Rainbow Bridge. Rainbow Bridge is nearly 100-years-old, spans the American River at Greenback Lane, and provides a major connection for businesses and residents on both sides of the river. The rehabilitation project will extend the lifespan of the bridge and provide a smoother and safer drive for motorists.
Creek Week is an annual celebration of Folsom’s creeks, trails and open spaces, with community volunteers joining forces with the City to take care of Folsom’s treasured resources. Lend a hand at one of two planned events on April 18.
