The City of Folsom is preparing for winter storms, as predictions call for one of the strongest El Niños on record. The City is urging residents and businesses to get prepared now for powerful storms that could cause localized flooding, dangerous driving conditions and extended power outages. While we cannot predict what El Niño will bring, it’s important to be prepared for a wet winter at your home or business.
