A new tool to help you save water

“Most people have no idea how much water they use,” says Don Smith, water conservation specialist. “Dropcountr program participants will have quick access to personal water use information anytime of the day or night via mobile app or web portal. This is a quick and efficient tool to help monitor water use and evaluate your family’s conservation measures.”

The City is offering the free program as a courtesy to the first 5,000 customers who sign-up.  The goal is to help residents see how much water they consume and what water conservation actions have a measurable impact.

Signing up is quick and easy.  Simply download the Dropcountr app from Apple or Google Play, or go to www.dropcountr.com to sign-up on your personal computer.  You will need your account number, which is printed on your Folsom utility bill.

If you have difficulty signing up, please email waterconservation@folsom.ca.us or call (916) 351-3590.
