A one-year rehabilitation project on the Historic Orangevale Avenue Bridge will begin this April, allowing crews to make significant improvements on the century-old bridge that connects Folsom and Orangevale. The construction will improve the safety and drivability of the bridge and extend its lifespan. The Orangevale Bridge will be closed to motorists, cyclists and pedestrians for up to nine months beginning this spring. Detours to Greenback Lane will be provided during the closure. Stay informed about closures and project updates at www.folsom.ca.us.
