Join us for the opening reception on Friday, January 23, from 6–8 p.m., celebrating Two Inspirations, a compelling exhibition featuring the work of artists Deborah Pittman and Laurie Friedman-Adler. The reception is free and open to the public, with light refreshments and live music in partnership with the Folsom Arts Association.
This exhibition runs through March 19 and brings together two longtime collaborators whose creative paths began in music and evolved into visual art. Pittman and Friedman-Adler first met as classical clarinetists at the Brooklyn College Conservatory and later discovered parallel passions in sculpture, Pittman in ceramics and Friedman-Adler in wood.
Together, their work reflects a shared artistic language shaped by decades of collaboration, curiosity, and creative exploration.
