The Folsom City Council issued a
proclamation at its April 8 meeting recognizing April 6–12 as National Library Week in the City of Folsom. The proclamation celebrates the vital role the Folsom Public Library plays in supporting literacy, career development, civic engagement, and lifelong learning in the community. The Friends of the Folsom Library and other library supporters attended the meeting to show their support and speak about the library’s positive impact. National Library Week is a great time to visit the Folsom Public Library and explore everything it offers!
