The Senior and Art Center at 48 Natoma Street will be temporarily closed from May 19 through June 20 for critical HVAC system equipment replacement. This will replace 20+ year-old equipment and provide a more comfortable environment for all visitors and staff.
During the closure, limited senior programming will still be available at the nearby Folsom Community Center at 52 Natoma Street from June 2 to 20. Activities include exercise classes, table games, Crafty Friday, Wii Bowling, BINGO, and various support groups.
The community is invited to enjoy fun, fitness, and connection at alternate locations while the 48 Natoma facility undergoes essential improvements. The June program calendar will be available starting May 7 and can be picked up in person at the Senior Center through May 16. It will also be available online, or by request via email at dkimpel@folsom.ca.us or by calling 916-461-6611.
