Purpose

Per Section 10.02.010 of the City of Folsom Municipal Code, the purpose of the city of Folsom Traffic Safety Committee is to provide the city council with recommendations on policy related, traffic safety issues based on sound technical and practical criteria and to act as a sounding board for citizens’ concerns.

Traffic Safety Discussion Regarding Proposed All-Way Stop Sign on East Natoma Street at Wesley Drive

The Traffic Safety Committee will consider the installation of an all-way stop at the intersection of East Natoma Street at Wesley Drive. The committee will review supporting documentation, traffic volume data, and safety observations, to determine whether all-way stop control is warranted at this location. A recommendation may be made during the August meeting.
