Teens ages 13–15 can build confidence, gain real-world experience, and develop valuable leadership skills this summer through Trailblazers -N- Training with Folsom Parks & Recreation. This unique leadership development program is designed for teens ready to grow their communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities in a fun and supportive environment.

Participants will take part in engaging leadership training focused on decision-making, conflict resolution, time management, team dynamics, and leadership styles, before putting those skills into action by volunteering with campers ages 6–10 in the popular Destination Recreation Summer Camp program.

In addition to valuable, hands-on experience, participants receive a program T-shirt and enjoy a special lunch during weekly Friday awards ceremonies. This dynamic summer program goes beyond the basics, helping teens become confident, adaptable, and effective leaders both in and out of camp.

Eight weekly sessions are offered June 8 through July 31. Camp is held Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Oak Chan Elementary School. Space is limited. Register today at WebTrac.
