Beginning July 1, the Sacramento Area Sewer District (SacSewer) residential treatment and resource recovery rate will increase from $44 to $47 per month, which is indicated under the Account Charges Due section on City of Folsom service bills. This adjustment is part of a previously adopted three-year rate plan designed to help offset rising costs for essential services, including treatment operations, energy, materials, and infrastructure improvements.
