The City of Folsom's new online water consumption portal, EyeOnWater, is now available, providing customers with convenient access to detailed water use information and tools to help identify potential leaks and reduce water waste.

With EyeOnWater, customers can:

• Monitor water use throughout the month.
• Receive alerts for potential leaks. 
• Identify unusual water use before it impacts a utility bill.
• Better understand household water consumption and identify opportunities to conserve water.

Customers who previously used the Dropcountr portal will need to create a new EyeOnWater account.

To register, visit eyeonwater.com/signup and use City of Folsom utility account information. When entering an account number, use the format xxxxxx-xxxxxx and omit the leading zeros.
