Residents are invited to pick up a free bag of potting soil, while supplies last, at the Historic Folsom Farmers Market on Saturday, August 15 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

City recycling staff will be available to answer questions and share information about Folsom's waste and recycling programs. Residents can also pick up a free kitchen pail to make collecting food scraps and other organic waste at home easier.

Stop by the market to visit local vendors, connect with the recycling team, and learn how small actions can make a difference for the community.
