Folsom Wants to Do Business with Local Companies and Vendors

The success of local businesses and vendors positively impacts Folsom’s economy as a whole, as well as the City’s ability to provide quality services and programs. The City strives to use Folsom vendors in purchasing services, and products when quality, service, and other factors are equal. The Folsom Municipal Code provides for a five percent price differential to local bidders in contracting.

Ed Mitchell Park Drainage Improvements Phase 2

The City of Folsom Public Works Department is soliciting bids for the Ed Mitchell Park Drainage Improvements Phase 2 Project. The project involves the installation of a masonry wall within City right-of-way along three residential properties at Ed Mitchell Park. Work includes the removal of existing fences at the residential properties, installation of a 220' segment of masonry wall, installation of a new drainage inlet, and gradation of an existing drainage swale near the wall.

 Bids are to be physically submitted to Folsom City Hall – City Clerks Department, located on the 2nd floor of 50 Natoma St., Folsom, CA 95630 by no later than 2:00 p.m. on October 22, 2025. Bid opening will take place in the Public Works Large Conference Room immediately thereafter.
