Folsom Wants to Do Business with Local Companies and Vendors

The success of local businesses and vendors positively impacts Folsom’s economy as a whole, as well as the City’s ability to provide quality services and programs. The City strives to use Folsom vendors in purchasing services, and products when quality, service, and other factors are equal. The Folsom Municipal Code provides for a five percent price differential to local bidders in contracting.

Request for Qualifications: On-Call Infrastructure Maintenance

The City of Folsom (City) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified contractors to provide on-call infrastructure maintenance services on an as-needed basis. The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to establish a pool of pre-qualified contractors with the capacity and expertise to perform a variety of Public Works construction, maintenance, and repair projects. Contractors may team with qualified subcontractors to ensure the capability to perform all services identified within the scope of services as part of their submitted Statement of Qualifications. 

Bids are to be physically submitted to Folsom City Hall – City Clerks Department, located on the 2nd floor of 50 Natoma St., Folsom, CA 95630 by no later than 2:00 p.m. on December 19, 2025. If mail delivery is used, the Contractor should mail the SOQ early enough to provide for arrival by this deadline. Contractors that choose to use mail or a courier service do so at their own risk. The City will not accept SOQs received after the deadline date and time, regardless of the circumstances.
