ePermit Center

Welcome to the ePermit Center, the Community Development Department's site for electronic applications and plan review.  The Electronic Plan Review system, known as ePlan Review, uses ProjectDox to handle building, engineering and planning submittals.

The Electronic Plan Review program enables applicants to submit Portable Document Files (PDF), as an alternative to submitting traditional paper forms for required construction drawings and supporting documents (i.e. structural calculations, soils reports, water supply tests, etc.).  The site also handles a variety of other types of submittals including planning permits and entitlements, engineering permits and approvals, and tree permits.

Before submitting applications or plans, please first review the
Applicant Quick Start Guide and the Applicant User Guide Updated 7-15-20
