Division Chief Chad Wilson oversees the Folsom Fire Department's A-Shift. He holds a bachelor's degree in public administration and has served the department since 1999, working his way through the ranks from firefighter to division chief. He serves on several committees, including the Sacramento Regional Fire/EMS Communications Center.
Battalion Chief Chris Fletchall oversees the B-Shift and facilities management. He has 32 years of Fire and EMS experience. Chief Fletchall started working for the Folsom Fire Department in 1990. He has worked his way through the ranks as a Paramedic, Firefighter/Paramedic, Engineer, Captain and Battalion Chief.
He earned an Associates Degree in Fire Technology from American River College and a Chief Officer Certificate through the California State Fire Marshal’s Office. He is currently enrolled at Eastern Kentucky University where he working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety.
The C-Shift is led by Division Chief Mark Piacentini. Chief Piacentini holds an Associates Art Degree in Fire Technology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Studies.
Chief Piacentini began his EMS career in 1988 and has been with the Folsom Fire Department since 1995. Chief Piacentini has worked his way up the ranks from Firefighter and has always believed in “Patient Care First”.
