Final Committee Report to City Council - This report was submitted to the City Council at the Council's May 12, 2026 meeting.  The City Council agenda and packet are available online. 

Update:  At the May 12 meeting, the City Council voted to continue consideration and further discussion of only the below three items as possible measures for the November 2026 ballot.  The Council voted to remove from consideration for the ballot all other recommendations from the Committee and to dissolve the Ad Hoc Committee at this time.

2.  Section 4.07 - Boards and Commissions
3.  FMC Section 2.48.030 - Campaign Contribution Limits

The City Council is scheduled to further consider the above three possible ballot measures at their May 26 meeting.
