A landscape and irrigation permit is required for new building projects that contain an aggregate landscape area of 500 square feet or more and for rehabilitation building projects that contain an aggregate landscape area over 2,500 square feet.

Landscape and irrigation plans are a required element of the building plan set and are subject to review and approval by the Community Development Department.
