What does a free Water-Wise House Call / Residential Water Survey include?
- A site inspection and evaluation of the landscape, irrigation equipment, irrigation system design, and assistance in programming controllers for effective watering schedules.

How do I schedule my free house call?
Water surveys are scheduled on weekdays by appointment. A survey generally takes about one hour for a typical residence.

What does it cost?
Nothing. It is a free service provided by the City to its water customers.
Do I have to be home?
Yes; this is not just an evaluation of your system but also an opportunity for you to learn more about irrigation and effective landscape watering. We will need access to gated yards and your irrigation controller.
Why should I schedule a water survey?
Typically, 60-70 percent of residential water use occurs outdoors. A water-use survey will give you important information on improving the effectiveness of your landscape irrigation and reducing water waste.
