The public service counter at 48 Natoma Street (located inside the Folsom Art Center and Folsom Senior Center) is open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday for walk-in registration assistance.

Service counter staff are also available by phone during the same hours of operation – call 916-461-6601 for registration assistance or to process payments by phone.

The Folsom Arts and Cultural Commission invites Folsom residents and the local business community to join the “take pART in the ARTs!” campaign. The campaign aims to raise funds to support arts and cultural education and events in Folsom.

Residents can make a donation to the campaign through their monthly utility bill. Simply round up your bill, or add a donation of any denomination next to "Take pART" on your payment coupon. For more information, call 916-461-6611 or email us.
