The City of Folsom is in the process of updating the Bicycle Master Plan as part of the city’s preparation of the Active Transportation Plan. When the document is complete it will be updated here. The current Folsom’s Bicycle System Master Plan serves as a guiding document for enhancing the city’s bicycling environment. The plan is designed to:

• Improve safety
• Provide needed facilities and services
• Improve the quality of life in Folsom
• Maximize funding sources for implementation
