Scholarships are available to help children and youth access Folsom’s recreational opportunities.

Scholarship Promoting Activity, Recreation, & Knowledge (SPARK) for All 

The City of Folsom SPARK program provides financial assistance for Folsom residents to participate in city recreation activities who could not otherwise due to financial restrictions.

Guidelines have been established to assist residents. SPARK scholarships are based on need, merit, and available funding.

Please read the instructions completely before you fill out the application. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

FAA Scholarships

The Folsom Athletic Association (FAA) connects Folsom youth to community sports to ensure that every child has an opportunity to participate in sports. The following scholarships are available:

• Never in Our Town Scholarships
• Summer Kempton Soccer Scholarship
• Lois Young Scholarship
• Race Salazar Memorial Scholarship
