The Folsom Police Department's Trespass Enforcement Agreement allows property and business owners to authorize the Folsom Police Department to enforce trespass when businesses are closed and/or no one is onsite. 

Trespass Enforcement Agreements must be renewed annually and are required to be notarized. 

To enter into the Trespass Enforcement Agreement with the Folsom police Department, please complete and have notarized the Trespass Enforcement Agreement form and return to the Folsom Police Department. 

Forms can be returned in person to the Folsom Police Department, 46 Natoma Street, Folsom, CA Monday through Friday 8 a.m.- 4 p.m., or they can be emailed to fpdrecords@folsom.ca.us.
