1. Only businesses that generate Universal Waste incidental to the maintenance of their business may participate in our program. Businesses that generate hazardous waste — including universal waste — in the course of conducting business or as a part of their core business may not participate.
2. Only material generated from Folsom residences or businesses may be picked up or dropped off.  No material from outside the Folsom city limits will be accepted.
3. No business that generates more than 220 pounds of any hazardous waste — including Universal Waste — in any one month, may participate in our program.
4. Each pickup is limited to no more than 125 pounds of universal waste. Excess material will not be picked up. Material is weighed at the processing facility and any material inadvertently accepted in excess of the weight limit will be charged a separate pickup fee for each 125 pounds or portion thereof.
5. Disposal fees are charged as a pass-through at the current rate paid by the City of Folsom.
6. Non-residential universal waste pickups are limited to a maximum of one per month.
