The City of Folsom will launch an online customer service tool July 1 that will offer online filing for businesses to apply or renew their business certificate (license).
The City has partnered with MuniServices, LLC to offer this streamlined online application and to assist with processing the City’s annual business certificates. MuniServices works with more than 225 California cities, and 900 cities nationwide.
The new program is designed for a more convenient and efficient business certificate processing. Businesses will be able to pay for their July 1, 2015 business certificate online with a credit card or ACH debit card.
Three informational meetings have been scheduled on June 24 to offer businesses an overview of the new system. The two-hour meetings will be held at 7 a.m., 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. at the Folsom Community Center at 52 Natoma Street.
