Aquacise/Water Aerobics Lunchtime and Evening Classes

Enjoy invigorating, low-impact, adaptable water exercise at the Steve Miklos Aquatic Center.

Aquacise provides a gentle but effective workout for men and women of all ages and ability levels, including seniors and moms-to-be. No swimming skills are required to enjoy these muscle-strengthening and tension relieving exercises. Deep-Water Aquacise utilizes flotation belts to improve flexibility, stamina, and core strength. Classes are set to music and the water is heated to a comfortable 80 degrees year-round. Classes are available September 3 through December 19, 2019.

Morning Aquacise Classes:
           Tues/Thurs       11:45am - 12:45pm
Evening Aquacise Classes:
            Tues/Thurs       6:00pm - 7:00pm 

Deep Water Aquacise Classes:     Wednesday      6:00pm - 7:00pm 

Fee: Drop-In -- $7

        10-Visit Pass -- $50 (Expires 6 months from date of purchase)              

Dos Rios Divers - Springboard Diving

Ever watched the Olympics and wondered how those spectacular dives are possible? Now is the time to learn! The Aquatic’s Center offers a year-round program that will introduce you to the basics of springboard diving. Take your newfound skills to the next level with weekly trampoline practice at the Folsom Sports Complex and dry-board training at the Steve Miklos Aquatic Center. Work with your diving coach to schedule a trampoline and dry-board training session. Must be able to swim 25 yards to participate. Visit Dos Rios Divers to learn more.

Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga with Spotted Dog Yoga

Take your yoga practice to the water and experience a new level of challenge! Both beginner and advance levels are available. Classes are held Sunday mornings starting at 8:15am; click here for a listing of classes.
